Order Processing

When an order is placed, it will take our team 1-3 days to process your order, pending this is not a Pre order/customisation.
Royal Mail
Orders under £100 can use this shipping method, please note orders are UK only for this shipping method. Orders will be sent by Special delivery and tracking will be added to your order. Shedean is not held liable for any loss/damaged or delays (strike action) within using this shipping. Any order problems please visit www.royalmail.com and report issues directly to them. 
Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched tracking will be submitted. It will then take between 1-3 days to arrive depending on the destination. All items on a order, will be shipped out together.
Custom and made/Pre-Order items
Items that are customised, made/Pre order are a made to order items this helps reduce dead stock and waste, our aim is to become more sustainable.
The duration time is as stated in the product description. In most cases this varies from 2-4 weeks depending on the item production.

International Duty/Tax
Please note Shedean Jewelz is not responsible for any delays due to custom hold. Import duties and tax are responsibility of the customer to pay. If you fail to comply to paying duty/tax within your country and the parcel is returned to Shedean Jewelz, you will liable for additional charges of delivery/redelivery of the parcel to you.
 

Returns

Returns/Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept any Returns/Exchanges. We quality check all orders before they leave our site. Checking and Measuring your size before purchasing is well advised as this cannot be exchanged. Custom items are customised and take time to create, size and sizes cannot be changed once a order is placed. In event of a error once submitting a order, this is regards to "colour or size "please contact the team within 30mins after order is placed to confirm the correct item.We are not held responsible for any packages that are damaged by shipping carriers. We pride ourselves in ensuring all items are packaged well and securely. Please Contact us if you have any other enquires regarding your order.

Faulty Items
If in any event an item arrives faulty please contact us within 7 days of the order arriving. Please email info@shedean.co.uk "faulty" with your order number and photo evidence, failing to do so after this time will void the dispute. If the dispute is accepted, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping costs bac to "Shedean". We take into consideration every dispute and this is dealt on a "case by case" basis.

Lost/Undelivered
In a event of your item that has not been received within the time frame from dispatch date, please contact the shipping carrier and email us at info@shedean.co.uk with your order number Details.

Gift Cards
Please note gift cards are non-refundable and will be emailed once purchased.
